I’ve created this special license designed specifically for the needs of Professional Creatives. As a Creative myself who is both a Professional Photographer and Musician, I wanted to create the perfect license to meet the needs of a growing number of Professional Creatives who want to present their work in synchronization with audio and visual media.

Your purchase gives you a “Royalty Free Sync License" to download and use our music for a wide array of usages at a great price. Here’s an Overview of the usages allowed and restricted:"

Permitted Usages

• Slideshows or multi media presentations for you and your clients
• Website photo galleries, slideshows, and background music
• Website soundtracks and streaming background music for your websites
• Photo and video presentations on CD or DVD
• Promotional photo compilations or videos on CD, DVD, and the web
• Powerpoint or Keynote presentations
• Event videos or photo slideshows for you and your clients
• On Hold music for your business
• Photo or video portfolio presentations
• Podcasts and within flash animation
• Streaming video for the web (including youtube, cutframe.tv, myspace, facebook)
• Personal listening on your ipods or other Mp3 players
• Background music to spoken word for web, podcasts

Restrictions

• Broadcast restrictions - No TV, Satellite, Motion Picture Film, and Radio usage is included, yet please feel free to contact us if you would like to learn more about a custom license to meet your needs.
• Retail sale restrictions - This license does not allow you to include our music in any product for retail sale to the general public, but please contact us if you’re interested in learning more about a custom license. You may however use the music on products that you sell to your event clients such as wedding slideshows or videos on DVD, corporate or birthday party coverage DVD's, portrait session slideshow DVD's, etc.
• Sampling/ Re-recording - This license does not allow you to use samples of amy music you buy here within another musical composition, or to add instruments, vocals, or samples to the music.
• Background use only - This license does not allow you to use our music as a solo or main performance. You may only use the music as background, accompaniment, or in synchronization with with audio visual uses listed above and in the complete license.
